I dont think this is camber as like everyone else seems to think. This appear to be caster for increased tracking at speed. This does not look safe based on the cut screw holes and the potential for play/slippage but should not have a negative effect other than making steering harder and it will probably quite difficult at low speed.

Also the square cut is not in a place that holds any force... It would have taken some of the force if they were using stock strut mounts but these caster plates are clearly aftermarket.
